Reliable Forecasts Allow You to Reduce Inventory and Production Costs
The sales forecasting process can be one of the most stressful and disruptive processes of the year. With the Escape Sales Forecast Planning Module, your sales force has the tools to work closely with your customers to establish their upcoming buying plans. This provides your company with an accurate assessment of future product demands to better plan your production and inventory levels, and thus reduce variable and fixed costs.
We provide your sales representatives with a summary of the buying history for each customer. The rep can then automatically increase the previous purchases by a target increase (percentage or dollar value), and “tweak” the forecast as necessary. Forecasts can be emailed to customers, for review. The forecasts are then transmitted to the Escape Master Database.
You can then review each rep’s forecast, and combine all rep’s forecasts to obtain an overview of the total projected sales situation. As the year progresses, your sales force can automatically make orders from the projections, with the capability to modify the projection before it is converted to an order.
