Reports are No Longer a Challenge With Escape
Reports are vital to your success in efficiently managing your sales processes, both company-wide and for each individual sales representative. Thus, we have included an extensive reporting capability in the Escape Sales Force Management Software system. Additionally, in recognition of your unique reporting requirements, we offer the capability to quickly develop reports designed to your specifications.
Comprehensive Suite of Reports
Escape itself represents a reporting capability, since it has the innate capability to allow the user to view the ordering history of any selected customer, or orders that match specific criteria (such as orders falling within a particular date range, drop-ship orders only, etc.). The result of these views can be printed for future reference, if desired.
Sales-oriented reports are included, to allow you to constantly “check the pulse” of your company’s sales activities. Escape has a comprehensive built-in suite of reports that cover the majority of most of our customer’s reporting needs. All of these reports have extensive filtering capability, so that you can quickly analyze data for a particular purpose. A “custom settings” capability is included in which you can save often-used filter settings, so that they need not be re-entered upon future visits.

  • Escape also features an extensive interactive report concerning the status of orders, which is very useful in tracking orders and being in touch with your customers. The report is interactive in that you can click an entry in the report and automatically go to that order. Within this report you can choose divisions (i.e. Apparel, Footwear, etc), as well as define your own filter settings & report contents.
    The following filter settings are provided:

  • Need Attention
  • Need My Approval
  • Exported Today
  • Problem Orders
  • Unexpected Orders

  • Remember, you can always have total control over filters and content. Also, with reports you use ofter, you can save the settings for quick access in the future. The performance of any member of your sales force, the B2B site, or your company as a whole can be easily analyzed within the Escape system!
    Custom Reports can Easily be Added to Escape
    We can add custom reports to your Escape implementation, developed to your exact specifications. We will discuss reporting requirements with you during the pre-installation planning period, so that we can make special reporting capabilities available when the system goes “live”.
    On-Line Reporting Capabilities for Executives and Customers
    The Escape B2B system can be run in a “Report” mode for selected users, in which catalog browsing, order review and report viewing can be accomplished, but the order entry capability is “turned off”. The catalogs and customers for which orders are available is fully controllable for each user. Thus, you can establish a web-based reporting capability for your executives, or for use by customers. Escape makes it possible for you to provide up-to-date information to these individuals automatically.
