How Escape™ Simplifies the Process
Escape™ simplifies and organizes your entire customized product ordering process. We make sure that your rules regarding each art pattern are enforced, eliminating the chance that your sales reps make a mistake. For example, if your company has a rule saying you don’t allow logo’s to be put on the back of polo shirts, then logo’s will not be placed in that location. This eliminates the guesswork in selecting artwork and eliminates embellishment placement errors! (i.e. selecting art that is not appropriate for a particular product, or location on the product)
Escape allows you to enforce your rules and constrain your artwork in four ways:
• Customer: Make specific artwork available to certain customers. • Product Type: Allow certain art to go on appropriate product types. • Location: Show the appropriate placements of art. • Pricing: Correct pricing and calculation on orders.
Recognizing that specification of custom art involves more than selecting the desired pattern, Escape also provides the capability to:
• Specify text (“name drops”) that should be included with the art: when applicable the rep can easily include text on an order. • Specify the color scheme (e.g. “contrast”, “club colors”, etc.). • Include special instructions: to further guide your reps, we allow you to include instructions about the applicable use of certain patterns. (i.e. this pattern is not recommended for silk shirts)
Keep Customers Up-To-Date
Escape™ users can easily look up the art on file for a particular customer and view it. The art file can then be emailed to a customer if they request it.
Does Escape only Handle Embroidery?
No, Escape™ is comprehensive in that it can be used for fundamentally any type of product embellishment. Escape™ can handle everything from silk screening to crests and plackets.
