| VF Imagewear, Inc. Selects Escape™ Sales Force Automation Software for Golf Apparel |

San Diego, July 27, 2005 (Business Wire) -- Indra Technology Inc., a leading provider of automated order management software for the apparel, footwear and sporting goods industries, announced that VF Imagewear, Inc. has decided to implement Escape™ Sales Force Automation Software for use with its popular line of golf apparel, which includes the E. Magrath®, Byron Nelson® and Byron Nelson Eleven Straight® brands. Indra Technology estimates that Escape™ processes over $650 million in sales each year for numerous industry leaders.
VF Imagewear, Inc. initially adopted Escape™ in early 2004.
