Indra Names New Management to Lead Continued Success of Company

San Diego, July 7, 2004 (Business Wire) -- Indra Technology Inc., a leading provider of order automation business solutions for the apparel, footwear and sporting goods industries, has named a new executive team to oversee their company’s order management software, Escape. The Escape software solution processes over $500 million in non-EDI sales each year for over 25 manufacturers.
John Wham was named as President/Chief Executive Officer of Indra Technology Inc. Wham was instrumental in launching the corporation in 1987 and leading the development of Escape. He formerly served in the role of Chief Engineer.
Jim Beavers has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Beavers had been Indra Technology’s Director of Sales and Marketing. Previous to Indra, Beavers was the Vice President of Operations for Personal Computer Rentals Corporation (PCRC).
Shanti Hofshi has been promoted to Chief Engineer. Hofshi has been employed at Indra since its founding and was the primary system architect of Escape.
Keith Burnett, the company’s dedicated patriarch, will retain the role of Chairman of the Board. He will be working closely with President/CEO John Wham on corporate development and expansion.
