| VF Imagewear Selects Escape Sales Force Automation Software Solution |

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 2004--Indra Technology Inc., a leading provider of order automation business solutions for the apparel and footwear industries, announced that VF Imagewear Inc., a subsidiary of VF Corporation, has gone live with Escape(TM) for their sales force.
