Description:

Indra Technology, Inc., a recognized authority in sales force automation and order management, has an immediate opening for a high energy, experienced Software Sales Representative. This position is responsible for selling Escape™, a proven software system that automates the tasks associated with order entry, order processing, order management, catalog preparation and distribution, sales force management and sales forecasting. Escape™ has been designed specifically for apparel & footwear manufacturers who use a combination of field sales reps, in-house customer service reps, and eCommerce (B2B) to sell their products to retail outlets.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing department to identify U.S. and Canadian apparel & footwear manufacturers through marketing leads and through new client prospecting.
  • Assist marketing department in gathering data to qualify all prospects.
  • Build relationships with qualified prospects and collect data.
  • Identify prospects’ “pain points” and areas of need.
  • Work with software engineering staff to conduct needs assessments.
  • Assist in designing and presenting customer-focused product demonstrations.
  • Assist in closing sales, working closely with Indra Technology’s management team.


  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years in new account sales role, preferably in technology and/or software sales
  • Proven track record of solution selling and driving sales cycle through to closure
  • Demonstrated background in building relationships with manufacturers and C level executives
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Previous knowledge of the apparel & footwear industry helpful
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • High degree of “money motivation”; the ideal candidate seeks a position that offers unlimited earning potential
